The Invitation
​I would like to invite you to join in a beautiful, sacred and real space for women. Held, nurtured and guided we will weave a field of awakening and connection with the deep, wise, timeless and ancient wisdom that runs through our being.
This is a call to intention and purpose for the healing of all of creation. A call to remembrance of who we are and why we came here. A call to let go, relax and be with who we really are.

Mitochondrial Mother
There is a powerhouse in every cell in our bodies called the Mitochondria. This element is passed down to us through our feminine lineage. Through this lineage we are all interconnected and related through the web of life all the way back to the very first mother. The Mitochondrial Mother. The direct source to how we assimilate and use energy.

Within us at an infinitely minute level, within the Mitochondrial imprint is a pathway to accessing the deep feminine wisdom that has been passed from generation to generation through our fore mothers and will be passed forward into the timelessness of evolution.
In this age of way too much external information, this retreat is an invitation to journey within. To reconnect with this wisdom as a guide and resource for healing and restoration.
Together we shall support each other to reconnect, realign and untangle the threads of our lineage. We will honor what has been woven into creation through our ancestors and clear the pathway for the fulfillment of our own destiny.

The circle will be the central focus of our time together and we will weave in and out of it as we journey through the weekend. We will reside together in a temple space, with respect toward ourselves and each other as the sacred, beautiful, highly intelligent energetic beings we are.
As the word implies this is an experimental experience. Whilst I will lead and guide practices and activities you will lead your own way into your own knowing and its expression. My hope is that between all of us we will learn and grow and inspire each other into deeper opening of this pathway to wisdom within.

A large portion of our time will be spent creating. You will go home with significant power objects that capture the essence of your dive into this experience.
There will be some wild crafting, painting, singing, drumming, body work and dancing.
We approach all of these expressions with respect, freedom and curiosity. Your inner wisdom will come through your creations as it wishes to communicate with you. All creative experiences are experiential; they are about process and not…definitely not about outcome.

Seaview Lodge
The venue for our retreat is at Camp Clayton. We will be staying and circling in the main area of the lodge and making art in the adjacent Terrapins art studio. It is large spacious clean and perfectly suited to our needs.
As the name suggests it is beautifully situated right at the end of the property and closest to the beach. There are spectacular views from within the lodge.
The sleeping arrangements are dorm style rooms with bunks and some double beds. The rooms are spacious and clean and a bit of fun slumber party style.
